This Call of Duty Upload Service Agreement (the "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions on which Call of Duty Upload ("we") offer services to you ("User"). By using our services, User agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

We reserve the right to disable direct linking on user accounts that are using excessive bandwidth or otherwise abusing the system.
Pornography, nudity, sexual images and any kind offensive images or files are prohibited.
Copyright material is stictly prohibited and will result in files or file(s) imediatly removed and you ("User") will be permanently banned.
Users must agree to comply with all laws which apply to their location, including copyright and trademark laws. Images, videos and files that violate copyrights or trademarks are not allowed.
Call of Duty Upload will not and are not liable for your images, videos or files or any lost business due to the unavailability or loss of the website. We make no claims of future reliability in serving, hosting or storing your images, videos or files.
Call of Duty Upload is to be used strictly for the Call of Duty Franchise games for mapping, updates, small maps, images etc. This site is not to be used for file sharing out side of the Franchise.
Call of Duty Upload reservs the right to delete, remove, or otherwise delete access to any file(s) or person(s) at any time without prior notification.
Call of Duty Upload deletes files monthly, uploading a file on the 10th of one month and come the first of the next month, it gets deleted. This is to help delete old files hogging up space.

Call of Duty Upload is commited to cooperate with any and all legal authorities if an investigation should arise.
